HandyDeck, Pedestal estimator

HandyDeck

The HandyDeck, Pedestal Estimator web application is used by HandyDeck customers to plan and calculate the quantity of products required for the installation of elevated deck using pedestals provided by the company.

The architect or contractor draws the area where the elevated deck will be installed, tracing the lines through the measurements or with the help of an image, informing the height at different points and the application calculates the types of pedestal supports, quantities and where they should be installed. The person can then print or download a PDF report with all the project data and list of products they will need.

Lacy (Loovus developer) did a fantastic job in creating the software we wanted and went well beyond our original specifications. He understood our requirements perfectly and was able to add enhancements to the software that we hadn’t thought of or didn’t even know were possible. With his excellent communication, absolute dedication to the task and amazing programming skills I wholeheartedly recommend Lacy for software development projects. I only wish we could think of more tasks to give to him!– Malcolm, HandyDeck
